Lost Some Weight!

So this week I've lost 2 pounds and a little bit closer to my goal every time I do. So next week is my birthday weekend and I better workout super hard this week coming up cause I know its gonna be a crazy birthday! But you can always have fun on your birthday! I was thinking of buying a new iphone or a new treadmill and ive decided to buy the treadmill! my phone works fine I can wait a little longer plus a phone cant get you fit but a sweet treadmill can! What makes you go??

Today is my second round of P90x and its my 91st day. Also my 11th day on shakeology and I feel great!! My first 90 days was hard but I loved every second of it, I've lost a  total of 41 pounds in 90 days and still losing more. Every time I work out I also think of what I will look like when I'm done and that makes me go harder. Even listening to certain music makes me wanna go harder. I always tell myself never quit and never give up and keep on pushing tell you can't no more. I always take time to meditate and relax for at least an half an hour to get all my thoughts together and have some me time. It really helps alot cause it reminds me every day way I'm doing this and its a great feeling after. I also take time to go outside for a run or jog just to get some fresh air and sun. Even if its not nice outside I still go out and get fresh air and relax for a bit. Another thing thing that helps push me and makes me go harder is seeing and reading stories on beachbody in the message boards or on YouTube seeing videos of there transformation video is great motivation. Day 90 Complete!!!!!

So today is my 90 days of p90x completed and I got 275 more days to go tell I reach my goal!! Today is also my 9th day on shakeology and no words could explain it, before a workout or after that stuff is great. Completed my 90 days and going for another round monday, I take my pics Sunday and weigh my self to see how much Ive lost in 90 days. You guys aren't going to see the pics until 275 days are up. I'm going to post up pics here on my blog and I'll make a YouTube video of my years work!! Day 90 is done and if I can do it you guys can do it, it was tough at first but after a little bit you just want more and more. Nothing in life comes easy if you want something bad your gonna have to work you butt off to get it.

Shakeology Day 6

This is my 6th day on shakeology and I love it more an more everyday. I found some new recipes over the weekend tried them out today and like them alot. The only thing is I wanna drink it for every meal lol but its either for breakfast or dinner, mostly breakfast cause I can't imagine starting my day without it. Can't wait till this Sunday to see how much I've loss with shakeology!!! If you guys haven't tried it by now you should its the best thing you will ever drink!!

Shakeology Day 4

Today I had my 4th shakeology love that taste in the morning before doing my workout. This time I had it with 2% milk and water maybe I'll buy some organic peanut butter and almond milk tomorrow when I go shopping. So far so good lost 7 pounds last week, can't wait to this Sunday to weigh myself and I will be done with P90x and then I'm going for another round!!! I have 281 days left before I post before and after pics for you guys, don't worry you guys are gonna be amazed by the results.

Shakeology Day 3

Day 3 of shakeology was good it was a Sunday my rest day and I felt great. I lost 7 pounds when I weighed myself Sunday which was great. I think the shake had something to do with it, that the best thing I ever drank. It kept me full for the morning and gave me loads of energy till lunch. Sunday was my first time having it for dinner and it was good kept me full all night. I love that shake I'm going to drink one everyday until I reach my goal.

Shakeology Day 2

My second day on shakeology and it's awesome. I woke up wanting to drinking it, the first day it taste good but the second day it gets even better!! Through out my morning workout I had energy that wasn't there before and it was great I love having this for breakfast early in the morning. Maybe next time I'll have it for dinner and see how that feels. Well tomorrow is my weigh in day and lets see how many pounds I lost so far, I'll post how many i lost so far on twitter.

Shakeology Day 1

This is my shakeology 30 day cleanse and its day 1 and I feel the difference already!! So I woke up took the beachbody vitamins and made a morning shakeology and I love that stuff!! I cant believe it taste so good. Then I thought I would get hungry after but nope I was pretty full and ready to do my P90x Legs And Back. After doing my P90x I'm usually pooped and I go for a run after, now I have more energy then I did before. I ran last couples days 8 miles and it felt great. Now after the shakeology I feel like I can take on the whole day and I'm going to try to run 10 miles. I feel great today and wanted to know your personal shakeology recipes if you have any leave a comment below.

Going The Distance!!!!!

So for the pass few days I've been running 8.50 miles and I normally go 5 miles. Those few pass days I felt great and had more energy to run more and I did I run until I couldn't no more!!! I have no idea where this energy came from maybe me losing 34 pounds haha yeah it must be that. But hopefully next week when I get my shakeology next week I'll have more energy and run further. I can't what to taste it lol and see the difference with energy wise. I also wanna see if I'll lose more weight with that cause I workout everyday except Sundays. I also bought some vitamins from beachbody which should help me lose some more weight. I'm excited to see how these products will change my body. I like products which are all natural and good for your body. Every week on Sunday I weigh myself and I'm always happy with the number no matter how low or how high I'm happy getting healthy. I have another run later on if the afternoon maybe I'll try to go to 10 miles I think I can do it. Thanks to the bodybugg I just bought, I can see how many calories I burned for the whole day and to see if I reached my burn I love that thing. So you guys out there don't stop and at certain distance cause you know that's all you can do try to go a little further and push. What helps me is I think of why I'm doing this and that I will do this the best I can. PUSH YOUR SELF!!!!!

Mini Goal Accomplished!!!

I wasn't able to write a blog the other day because the blogger website was down. But over the weekend I accomplished a mini goal with in my year goal losing about 34 pounds so far and back in the 200s which is awesome!! So far I have an entire day of workouts and I love it, also on the weekend I went with my father to the park for a jog and gave him some awesome info about losing weight and getting back in shape. So it looks like hes doing great so far with workouts and changing his eating habits alot. Also i just bought some  Shakeology and some more supplements to lose more weight. I'm feeling great that I accomplished this little mini goal and ready to go for gold and lose more weight and feel great. Another thing almost done with P90x week 12 day 2 and I'm going for another round but you already knew that. When I get the Shakeology ill let you guys know how I'm doing on it every day and if it helps me alot or not but I'm sure it will.

I Love Fitness!!!

I love everyday when I workout and do something proactive its a great feeling. I wake up early and start off with P90x every morning since mid March, and after I'm done with that I want more exercise so I go for a run for 30 mins. I only got 2 more weeks left of P90x but you know what I'm gonna do it all again. I was thinking about doing doubles this time. I don't know cause I don't wanna workout in the afternoon it will throw off my whole schedule. What I think I'll do is do doubles all at once in the morning. Pop in the CardioX then after an hour of that pop in Chest and Back and after that go running for 30 mins or more. Then I have a second workout in the afternoon which I love, cant get enough of exercise. Even on my rest day like I was telling someone on twitter that sometimes I even workout on my rest day. I shouldn't do that because I want my body to heal and get ready for the butt kicking the next day. But sometimes I feel like working out then I'll go for a walk in the park or jog . Then theres those days where I just wanna rest cause I went out the night before and stayed up late. But I still love exercise and I hope your share what you like most about fitness. Fast Food

Ok let me start off by saying NOOO lol fast food should not be in your diet. If you want results your gonna have to stay away from that kinda food. Fast food all around is bad for you the calories and the bad fats that your putting in your body is not worth it. If you want to lose weight and stay fit and active stop eating bad food. Start off by eating food that's good for you and your body such as fruits, veggies, good meats, fish, whole grain, dairy stuff that's been on the food pyramid for years that we all have forgotten about. Take some time to research good foods to eat and make at home instead of eating out. You can also follow the nutrition guide that comes with p90x that is full of good foods. The only fast food you should think about eating on the go is subway. You wanna lose weight and get that beachbody ? kick out all the junk food, read labels, know whats in your food before you eat them and stay away from fast food!!!!

Exercise Tips

Ok let me start off by saying choose a activity that is fun and has lots of variety so you don't get bored quickly, now if your doing P90x you wont get bored, you do something different each day. You also wanna wear comfortable shoes that fit right and loose fitting cloths when working out. Use music to keep you pumped up and to push yourself. Never over do an exercise because you will be prone to injury. Take your time with the exercises that's why I recommend a heart rate monitor to see wear your are at all times.

Breathe everyone knows to breathe when the exercising but do you know why ? because you need oxygen to help metabolize glucose into energy, so when your exercising your need lots of energy so you need more oxygen. So remember to breathe during your exercise. A proper way to breathe is in through your nose and out through your mouth slowly.

Warm Up you want to warm up at least 15 mins before working out if your doing P90x then you don't have to worry, you always warm up in the beginning. If you don't warm up your prone to injury. So warm up and get your blood system going and the heart beating and remember to breathe, then you'll perform better and safer.

Don't break the habit stop taking long breaks during your exercise, you need to keep going and keep your heart rate up. The more you take breaks the harder it will be to keep your heart rate up. So when your have a 30 second break or 60 second start jumping around like your a boxer that way when you start again your pumped and ready to go. Always keep your body moving on your breaks.

Hydration you need to drink water to replace the water you loss during your exercise. Without water you'll feel dizzy and slow and your heart wont pump as hard. Also sports drinks are helpful because they have electrolytes which water doesn't well smartwater dose. Whats great about it is that it sends a charges into your body to your heart to keep you going.

Buddy System find a friend or relative that wanna get back in shape or lose weight then workout together. Make a schedule and workout on the same day its always fun to have a friend to push you. If your on P90x its great to start off with a buddy. Surround your self with supportive people that understand what your going through and that can help you. Let exercise and the healthy lifestyle be apart of your everyday life. Inspire your friends and family to do the same, and always have fun when exercising.

What's Your Goal When Losing Weight???

OK today I wanna take about my goals and your goals. First of all have a high goal never set your goal to low I know I said this before, but always aim high when setting your goal. My goal is to get to 180 pounds in a year with P90x, so far I'm doing great. The reason why I made it a year to do this is because I know its not gonna be like the biggest loser where I'm losing 15 pounds a week. That's because they work out 5-6 hours a day. Now don't think just because your losing 2-6 pounds a week that your not doing anything right. Your doing great losing 2-6 pounds a week, that is the healthy way. At that rate it allows your body to heal and your skin to re-tone it self. If your losing weight like the biggest loser then you are gonna have lots of excess skin which nobody wants right. So losing 2-6 pounds a week is fine and great, always celebrate the small victories cause every pound you lose and everyday you work out your getting closer to your goal. Theres nothing better than the feeling you get knowing you put so much work in to something and see your finish result. Losing weight takes a lot of determination and commitment its not easy for nobody and don't expect it to be easy. Nothing you do in your life will come easy, you have to work hard and be strong. So whats your goal ? Make a list of things you want to accomplish this year. Losing weight and getting to 180 pounds and being healthy are my goals this year. Take some time to write them down and put it in a place where you would see it when you wake up. Last be not least if your using P90x that's great if your using another program or just exercising regularly that's fine. Just keep push your self and stay strong.

P90x Tips

Beginners before day 1 of P90x try to do some exercises before hand at least a week ahead before you start P90x. You could even try do some P90x a week ahead. Because if you don't do any exercise ahead of time you'll think its to hard for you and you will quit. So try to do some exercise before P90x just to get your body ready for some extreme workout.

Diet don't think cause your working out hard that means you can eat whatever you want WRONG!! if you want result in 90 days you gotta follow the nutrition guide or your own diet. Somethings that help me are preparing me meals ahead of time, cook a big meal divide the meal put it in a container that way you have a set meal for the next couple of days. Research what are some good foods don't take carbs out of your diet cause you will need them just stay away from refined carbs like fast food and processed foods. Just don't think cause it says lean on the box its health read the labels and see what your putting in your body. You are what you eat.

Thinking to much don't say I've been working hard for the past few days so i should take a break WRONG!! pop in that DVD and push play. P90x gives you a day to rest which is all you need. The more you say I can't, I wont the less results your gonna see, you need to push your self and say I can and I will. You don't have to keep up with tony and the crew just do your best and what?? forget the rest. Theres different ways to do most of the workouts modify modify if you need to. Another thing is done with your 90 days? keep going for more do it for 180 days. Some people have a long way to go like me so you might wanna stick to P90x longer that's fine do it as long as you need it just bring it when you do.

Skipped a day?? don't worry about skipping a day some of you might have a lots of work and kids. That's fine and understandable just do the exercise on your resting day.

Heart Rate Monitor I highly recommend one to see if your pushing over or not going hard enough, doesn't matter how much you sweat if your heart is rate isn't where is suppose to be than your really not gonna burn much.
