Fast Food

Ok let me start off by saying NOOO lol fast food should not be in your diet. If you want results your gonna have to stay away from that kinda food. Fast food all around is bad for you the calories and the bad fats that your putting in your body is not worth it. If you want to lose weight and stay fit and active stop eating bad food. Start off by eating food that's good for you and your body such as fruits, veggies, good meats, fish, whole grain, dairy stuff that's been on the food pyramid for years that we all have forgotten about. Take some time to research good foods to eat and make at home instead of eating out. You can also follow the nutrition guide that comes with p90x that is full of good foods. The only fast food you should think about eating on the go is subway. You wanna lose weight and get that beachbody ? kick out all the junk food, read labels, know whats in your food before you eat them and stay away from fast food!!!!

  1. I plan on living off of chicken breast, brown rice, veggies, and healthy smoothies for breakfast. Boring works for me.

  2. Thats sounds like good food to me, you should try shakeology for breakfast its great for the morning.
